I exist to serve you, the investor, to make your investment profitable, and to use your investment in the best and highest possible way, for your benefit.
How can you, as a property manager, help me, the investor?
I have over eight years in property management, over ten years in corporate management, and close to twenty years in running several companies in the remodeling, furniture repair and property management industries.
How do you determine market rent value?
I research the surrounding areas to make a determination regarding comparable's, inspect your property as to condition and improvements to maximize rental potential, and forecast possible maintenance issues which will affect your bottom line.
What types of properties do I manage?
I manage mostly single family residences along with a fair number of duplex's and quadraplex units.
